CDL A/B Truck Driver

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a CDL Class A or B Driver to operate company vehicles that include tri-axle dump trucks and tractor and lowboys to move various construction equipment and material to and from different projects. This role is essential to maintaining the quality, efficiency, and safety of our projects. This job includes medical, dental and vision benefits as well as a matching 401K retirement plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate company CDL vehicles following all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks on trucks and equipment, checking fluid levels, and reporting mechanical issues promptly.
Assist on construction sites as needed.
Ensure vehicles, tools, and machinery are stored safely and job sites are maintained free of unused or waste materials.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience operating CDL vehicles, minimum 3 years experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid CDL Class A/B license
Up-to-date DOT medical card
Minimum 18 years of age
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing during employment, background check, and MVR
Mechanical experience/aptitude – preferred
