‍JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. This position is an essential part of our crew, performing a variety of manual tasks to support various construction activities. This is a physically demanding job that requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work as part of a team. This job offers competitive wages and benefits.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.

  2. Prepare worksite zones, installing traffic barricades, cones, markers, and controlling traffic passing near, in, and around work zones.

  3. Assist with setting up and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.

  4. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment using hand tools and machinery.

  5. Care for company tools/equipment/machines.

  6. Keep job site clean of all unused/waste materials and ensures all equipment is stored in a safe and secure manner.

  7. Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA.

    Perform all other tasks and follow instructions as directed by supervisors.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience working as a laborer or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High school diploma

  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR

    Mechanical aptitude - Preferred
